Mufti Sahab pursued an intensive, full-time study of the classical, Islamic academic disciplines hitherto known as the 'Dars-e-Nizami', and further completed his specialization in IFTA )افتاء( and ARABI ADAB )عربی ادب

Mufti Shahzad Qasmi is a qualified Islamic scholar. He pursued an intensive full-time study of the classical disciplines of Islamic learning (known as Dars-e-Nizami) and was awarded formal certifications as an 'Alim' certifying him to teach the disciplines of Qur'an, Tafsir, Hadith, Arabic Grammar & Linguistics, Beliefs & Creed, and Islamic Law & Legal Theory (Fiqh & Usul).

He completed his IFTA and ARABI ADAB from DARUL ULOOM DEOBAND and was formally certified as "Mufti" (Authorization to give Fatwah - (Legal Opinion))

He is involved in teaching the classic Islamic learning (Dars e Nizami) in IDARA JAMIA UL ULOOM DEHRADUN and he is also an IMAM in JAMA MASJID MAJRA DEHRADUN and also a good translater from ARABIC to URDU and visa-versa.
